David Ruiz-Puyana is a faith-driven entrepreneur with a passion for creating beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. In 2020, at a young age, he founded Elite Lawn & Landscape, quickly earning a reputation across the Southeast for excellence in landscaping and hardscaping.

David’s story is one of uncommon drive and purpose. His strong work ethic, bold vision, and deep faith have made him an inspiration—not just to his team, but to other young business owners chasing big dreams. Built on a foundation of integrity and generous giving, his mission is to serve people well, lead with purpose, and glorify God through everything he builds.

Originally from Texas, Nicole serves as the General Manager here at Elite Lawn & Landscape. She brings more than 10 years of leadership experience to the team, along with a background of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. Her time in the military helped shape the discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to serving others that she carries into her leadership today.

Known for her professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic, Nicole has a passion for building strong teams and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed. As General Manager, she plays an important role in helping lead our team, strengthen our operations, and maintain the high standards we strive for every day.

Whether she’s supporting our people, solving problems, or helping keep things moving forward, Nicole leads with confidence, takes on challenges head-on, and is committed to making a positive impact.

Steve, originally from Michigan, brings a strong foundation in leadership and operations to Elite Lawn & Landscape. Known for his attention to detail, organization, and ability to connect with both clients and team members, he plays a key role as Production Manager. With nearly a decade of upper management experience, along with close to 10 years in law enforcement, Steve leads with a disciplined, service-driven approach focused on consistency, accountability, and delivering quality results.

Outside of work, Steve is a devoted husband and father to six children—five boys and a baby girl. His family is the center of his life, and his faith is the foundation that guides how he leads, serves, and shows up each day. Whether he’s coaching baseball, golfing, or simply being present at home, Steve prioritizes building a strong, faith-centered family above all else.

Jonathan Gamboa serves as the Chaplain and Community Outreach Director as well as interim Sales Director at Elite Lawn & Landscape, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer relations and brand promotion. Originally from Pelion, South Carolina, he helps connect clients with outdoor solutions that fit their needs while supporting the company’s outreach efforts. Outside of work, Jonathan is passionate about serving as a Wish Granter at Make-a-Wish and as a Mentor with Ezekiel Ministries. Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors for the Lexington Chamber of Commerce as well. He enjoys spending time with his wife Claire and their dogs Big Boy and Pip and staying active in his church and faith.

Addisyn is a valued member of the team at Elite Lawn & Landscape, serving as our Customer Service Representative. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for both our customers and employees.

With a strong focus on communication and customer care, Addisyn ensures that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly approach. Her ability to build and maintain positive relationships and create a warm office environment helps make every customer feel heard, valued, and well taken care of.
