How does Elite process payment?
Elite Lawn & Landscape accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and checks made out to “Elite Lawn and Landscape,”. We also offer financing options for projects exceeding $500.00; all payments are documented, and clients receive a receipt for each transaction, along with a sample invoice from Elite.
What services are included in Elite's annual maintenance plans?
Elite's annual maintenance plans include weekly or biweekly lawn mowing, edging, blowing, string trimming, spot spraying for weeds in garden beds, four hedge trimming visits per year, and, if applicable, two annual applications of pinestraw and one annual mulch application.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
Elite will work with clients around their schedule if contacted 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment with no fees attached. Any cancellation outside of this window is subject to fees.
How do I see my upcoming appointments
Like planning ahead? We have you covered. With access to our client portal, you can see all upcoming appointments along with text message reminders 2 days prior to our arrival.
How does Elite calculate pricing for projects?
The cost of our services will depend on the scope and complexity of your project. We offer free estimates and can provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific needs and preferences.
What mulch colors does Elite offer?
Elite Lawn & Landscape offers 4 colors of mulch:
- Natural Cypress
- Red
- Brown
- Black Cypress
How long will the project take to complete?
The timeline for your project will depend on its size and complexity, as well as factors such as weather and availability of materials. We will provide you with a detailed schedule and keep you informed of our progress throughout the project.
Do you have insurance and are you licensed to operate?
